Prestige Marigold Phase 2 extends the original township onto a larger 55-acre parcel. It adds 716 plots to the same Bettenahalli belt. Sizes range from 1,200 sq ft up to 4,000 sq ft. Prices fall between Rs. 1.02 crore and Rs. 3.2 crore, depending on the plot you choose. This gives Prestige Marigold Phase 2 the lowest entry price on this list.

This phase shares its RERA registration with the original Marigold launch. Possession is scheduled from December 2027 onward. Marketing for this phase calls it the largest plotted township in North Bangalore, once you combine both phases. It suits you if budget matters most. A newer phase, sold separately as Gardenia Phase 2, sits along the Satellite Town Ring Road. It adds 195 more plots on 20.97 acres, with possession due in October 2027.

Prestige Gardenia Estate carries RERA approval. It gives you one of the widest plot-size ranges on this list. That helps if you want flexibility between a compact plot and a large one for a bigger villa. The Devanahalli address puts you closer to the airport and its growing IT and aerospace parks. Prestige Greenbrook occupies 33.29 acres on IVC Road in Devanahalli. It offers 325 plots across two size options, 1,500 sq ft and 2,400 sq ft. Pricing runs from Rs. 1.31 crore to Rs. 2.10 crore. The project carries RERA approval, with possession expected by March 2027.

Prestige Greenbrook launched more recently than Gardenia Estate. You get a cleaner, more current master plan here. You also get a shorter wait for possession than some older Devanahalli layouts. It suits you if you want a Devanahalli address without the longest possession timeline in the corridor.
