Prestige Olive Oak Nearest Metro Station

Featured Image of Prestige Olive Oak Nearest Metro Station

Doddajala Metro Station is the nearest planned Metro station to Prestige Olive Oak. It is about 8 to 10 km from the project on Chapparkallu Road. The stop is still being built on the Blue Line. It is not open as of August 2026.

The nearest working option is Dasarahalli Metro Station on the Green Line. It is about 20 to 25 km away by road. The trip may take 45 to 70 minutes. Other choices include Madavara, Jalahalli and Nagasandra. Traffic will decide the fastest one.

Working and Future Metro Options

Metro Station Line Current Status Distance from the Project
Doddajala Blue Line Phase 2B Under construction (Targeted opening Sept 2027) About 8–10 km
Yelahanka Blue Line Phase 2B Under construction (Targeted opening Sept 2027) About 15–18 km
Dasarahalli Green Line Operational About 20–25 km
Jalahalli Green Line Operational About 21–26 km
Madavara Green Line Operational terminal About 22–27 km

The Closest Future Metro Stop

Doddajala is part of the airport section of the Blue Line. The stop is near NH 44 and a small rail halt. It will serve the airport belt. It will also help work zones and homes north of Yelahanka.

The road link from Prestige Olive Oak will use Chapparkallu Road. Local roads then lead towards NH 44. The trip may take 20 to 30 minutes in light traffic. The final time will depend on the entry gate and feeder service.

The airport line is not ready yet. In August 2026, BMRCL said the work was about 72.75% complete. The Hebbal-to-airport part is planned for mid-2027. The full link through KR Puram may open later in 2027. These dates may change.

Is the Yelahanka Metro Stop Open?

No. The Yelahanka Metro stop is not open as of August 2026. It is still being built on Blue Line Phase 2B.

Some project pages call it the nearest Metro and show a distance near 8 km. This can mislead a buyer. The stop is farther south. Doddajala is closer to the Bettenahalli project belt. Neither can be used today.

The correct wording is simple. Doddajala is the nearest future Metro. Dasarahalli is the nearest working option.

Route to the Working Green Line

Dasarahalli gives access to the working Green Line. Drivers can leave the project through Chapparkallu Road. They can then join Doddaballapur Road. The route runs through the Yelahanka side and Jalahalli.

This is a long first trip by road. It may take 45 to 70 minutes in normal traffic. Peak-hour travel can take longer. A cab or private vehicle may be easier than several bus changes.

When Madavara May Work Better

Madavara is the north end of the Green Line. It opened in November 2024. Trains run towards Yeshwanthpur, Majestic, Jayanagar and Silk Institute.

The terminal may suit drivers who find a better road route that day. It is often a little farther than Dasarahalli. Compare the live road time before leaving. Check parking and the final Metro stop too.

Trips From the Green Line

The Green Line serves Peenya, Yeshwanthpur, Majestic and South Bangalore. Riders can change to the Purple Line at Majestic. They can then reach MG Road, KR Puram and Whitefield.

The Metro can cut the city part of a trip. Yet users must first cover more than 20 km by road. This limits its use for a quick daily ride.

What Changes After the Blue Line Opens

Once Doddajala opens, the road trip to Metro may fall to 8 to 10 km. Trains will run towards the airport in one way. They will run towards Hebbal, KR Puram and Outer Ring Road in the other.

KR Puram will provide a change to the Purple Line. The route will also serve the Outer Ring Road office belt. It will end at Central Silk Board. This may help airport staff and people working in North or East Bangalore.

Buyers should treat this as a future gain. Do not plan today’s trip as if the stop is already open.

Public Transit Near the Project

Road travel remains the main choice in 2026. BMTC buses serve village stops. Service may be less frequent than in central Yelahanka. A car, bike or cab is useful for the last mile.

Rajanukunte, Bettahalsoor and Doddajala provide rail options in the wider belt. Train times may not match office hours. Check the latest time before a trip.

Which Metro Station Should Buyers Use?

Use Dasarahalli when you need an operating Metro station today. Compare it with Jalahalli and Madavara because traffic can change the fastest choice.

For future project value, track Doddajala on Blue Line Phase 2B. It is the closest planned station to Prestige Olive Oak. Wait for official BMRCL service dates before treating it as a daily travel option.
