Prestige Camden Gardens is the smaller, higher-end pick of the two ongoing flats. It sits on Thanisandra Main Road, about 26 km from Bettenahalli, on a different side of North Bangalore. The project sits on a compact 1.83-acre plot. One 20-floor tower holds around 112 to 117 units, based on the listing checked. Layouts run from 3 BHK to 4.5 BHK. Sizes span from 1,578 sq ft to 2,732 sq ft. Prices start from Rs. 1.85 crore for the small 3 BHK. Larger 4 BHK units go past Rs. 3.25 crore.

The project carries an approved RERA number, PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/140524/006872. It launched back in March 2023, so work here has run for some time now. Possession is set for December 2027. That is sooner than Gardenia Estates. This project suits a buyer who wants fewer, bigger homes in one tower. It is a better fit than a sprawling multi-tower township.

Start with your budget and preferred home size. Prestige Gardenia Estates suits you if you want a smaller starter apartment. Its entry price begins near Rs. 80 lakh. It also suits buyers who want a big township, with more choice of size and more features. Prestige Camden Gardens suits a different buyer. Choose it if you want a big 3 or 4 BHK home in a small, quiet tower. It also has the sooner possession date of the two, landing in December 2027. Distance counts too. Gardenia Estates sits closer to Bettenahalli, at roughly 10 km, while Camden Gardens is a longer 26 km drive. Weigh that drive time against the home size and layout you truly need.

Bettenahalli itself has no ongoing apartment construction today, only plotted layouts. Buyers who still want to stay right in this belt can choose Prestige Olive Oak instead. It offers freehold villa plots on more than 30 acres. Plots start from Rs. 1.38 crore at the base rate. You would build your own home here. That is different from buying a finished unit, like the two ongoing apartments above. That trade-off suits a buyer who values the exact Bettenahalli address over a ready flat.
