1. Prestige Tech Cloud — Airport-Road Belt
Prestige Tech Cloud is an office campus near the airport, in the Navarathna Agrahara–Pujanahalli belt. It covers about 33 acres. Its position makes it relevant to people comparing homes along North Bangalore’s airport-side routes.
There is also a named technology occupier to support its role as an employment hub. Karnataka’s IT and BT Department reported that Walmart Global Tech India leased 1.01 lakh sq. ft. here under a five-year deal.
For a Bettenahalli resident, check the route to the correct building and gate. Airport-road access can involve service roads and turns that add to the trip. Confirm whether your employer runs a shuttle and where it stops.
2. Embassy Business Hub — Venkatala, Yelahanka
Embassy Business Hub is at Venkatala on Ballari Road, NH-44. It is a 59-acre business park in the Yelahanka office belt.
As of 30 June 2026, Embassy reported 4 lakh sq. ft. of completed space, 10 lakh sq. ft. under development and one occupier. The completed space was fully occupied. The development figure should not be read as office space already in use.
The park’s disclosed tenant is Philips India, which leased the first-phase building. This makes the campus a specific job location to assess, rather than a general future employment claim. For staff based here, the main commute check is access from Chapparkallu Road towards Venkatala.
3. Sattva Horizon — Kattigenahalli
Sattva Horizon is a business centre at Kattigenahalli in the airport-road corridor. Sattva states that it was completed in August 2024.
The developer reported 6 lakh sq. ft. of leasable space and 100% committed occupancy as of 31 March 2025. That is a dated leasing figure, not a live count of staff or firms working there today. The campus lists a food court, crèche, bus bay and outdoor work areas.
The nearby Bagalur Cross metro station is described as upcoming. Until passenger service begins, assess the road journey and staff transport already available. A future station should not replace a check of the present commute.
4. Embassy Manyata Business Park — Nagavara
Embassy Manyata Business Park is on the Outer Ring Road in the Nagavara area. It is one of North Bangalore’s largest established office hubs. Operations began in 2006.
The campus spans 121.76 acres. Its June 2026 figures show 146 lakh sq. ft. of completed space, 68 occupiers and 93% occupancy. On-site services include food courts, internal transport and sports areas.
Manyata is a wider-city commute from Bettenahalli. The Hebbal and Outer Ring Road sections deserve close attention at office hours. The campus also has several buildings, so use your office entrance as the destination when testing the trip.
5. Bhartiya Centre of Information Technology — Thanisandra Belt
Bhartiya Centre of Information Technology, or BCIT, is part of Bhartiya City in the Thanisandra Main Road area. The office park sits within a larger township that includes homes and other uses.
BCIT’s published profile states that it has about 30 lakh sq. ft. of operational offices, with a further 10 lakh sq. ft. under construction. It describes the offices as Grade A workspaces. The group’s own site also identifies an operating first phase.
From Bettenahalli, this is a different route from a job on the airport highway. Check the final approach through the Thanisandra belt. Travel time can depend on local junctions as much as the main road.
